Commercial Solar Loan Options

  1. Colorado C-PACE

This program - which stands for Commercial-Property Assessed Clean Energy - enables commercial property owners to finance up to 100% of their energy efficiency, renewable energy, and water conservation projects. The financing is provided by private capital partners at competitive fixed interest rates with repayment terms up to 25 years. The loans are repaid over time via a voluntary county property tax assessment with payments placed on your property tax bill. Plus, since the loan is attached to the property, not the owner, they are transferrable when you sell.

Currently La Plata County and Montezuma County are C-PACE participants.

  2. USDA REAP Grant

The USDA’s Rural Energy for America Program (REAP) pays for 25% of your solar energy project. There is an application process, but Shaw Solar’s in-house grant experts draft and submit that for you AT NO COST. To date we’ve brought in hundreds of thousands of dollars in grant funding to our area. Let us help you be the next business to benefit!
