As the Scheduler and Operations Admin, you’ll play a key role in keeping our solar and heat pump projects on track. You'll be responsible for scheduling, coordinating with clients and crews, and handling day-to-day admin tasks in the Ops Department that keep the business moving.

What You’ll Do:

• Schedule solar and heat pump installations

• Handle project tracking during and immediately after installation 

• Communicate clearly with homeowners to ensure smooth scheduling and satisfaction

• Maintain digital records and CRM updates (we’ll train you)

• Support the Operations Manager with a range of general admin tasks related to the Ops Department

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in scheduling, admin, project coordination, or similar

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication—friendly, clear, and professional- both spoken and written

• Comfortable juggling multiple projects and shifting priorities

• Tech-savvy: Google Workspace, CRM software, and calendar tools

• Experience in solar, HVAC, or construction a plus (but certainly not required)

Job Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of AC and DC electrical systems, photovoltaic systems as well as basic knowledge of construction methods and techniques.

• Ideal candidate will have ample experience installing AC and DC PV systems. Alternatively, they could have their Wireman’s Electrical license and have a passion for the renewable energy industry.

• Experience in operation of heavy equipment (Telehandlers, Mini-Ex, Forklift) a plus.

• Ability to work at heights, lift 60 lbs comfortably, and work on the roof in various weather conditions.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Excellent team work skills, strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Commitment to safety and the ability to set and follow safety guidelines rigorously.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Schedule:

• 4 x 10 hour days, Monday-Thursday
